Alright, time to stem this "new burn" controversy before it gets legs (yeah, thanks nicky). In no way should this proposed new mini-burn step on the toes of the original, pure "real" burn. It will be clearly defined as a totally separate entity. To wit: I'm choosing a theme and a date. The mini-burners (6 max) will make their mixes, interpreting the theme as they see fit. They will mail their cds to the 5 others, postmarked by the specified date. End of story.

Oh, and people who have already burned don't get to participate in this mini-burn until they've sent their original burn to the folks on the burn list who still haven't received it yet. As far as I know, this only applies to me and James...
